Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the omnidiv website and the Omnidiv product (together, the "Service"), operated by Omnidiv ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Early access
Omnidiv is newly launched: features may change or be improved without notice while we shape the product with the first teams. We may contact you for feedback — that's the deal of joining early.
3. Your account & content
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the content your team submits to the Service. You keep all rights to your content; you grant us only the license needed to operate the Service for you (process briefs, store documents, produce outputs). We don't use your content to train models.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance per the prices on our pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time; changes are prorated and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful content or activity, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants' data, no reselling access, and no using the agents to generate spam or abusive material.
6. AI outputs
Agent outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs before relying on them; you're responsible for decisions made from them.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes & contact
