What we collect

• Account data. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and company details so we can operate the Service for you and contact you about your account.
• Content you submit. Briefs, messages, and documents your team uploads are processed to provide the Service. We don't use your content to train models.
• Analytics. With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
• Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the exchange so we can respond and follow up.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the processors needed to run the Service. We only email you about Omnidiv.

Legal basis & retention

We process account data to perform our contract with you, analytics data on the basis of your consent (withdrawable any time by clearing your cookie choice), and correspondence on the basis of legitimate interest. We keep account data for as long as your account exists, and delete it on request when you close it.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email contacts@omnidiv.com and we'll handle it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
